Our Environmental Policy

Our environmental policy states that Aardvark Adventures will:

• Commit to fostering the sustainable use of the Earth's resources by "treading lightly", recognising the approach of Australia's Indigenous people in minimising our impact on the land,
• Plan and operate all operating locations to comply with applicable regulations and to act with due diligence for environmental protection and improvement,
• Minimise negative impacts we may have on the environment and implement pollution prevention practices through the efficient use of resources, and the reduction of emissions and waste,
• Regularly review and upgrade our environmental management systems and seek to improve environmental performance,
• Promote throughout the company a strong environmental ethic as part of its culture,
• Raise awareness, encourage participation and train employees in environmental matters,
• Consider favourably suppliers and clients who pursue good environmental management practices, and
• Communicate openly and constructively with responsible environmental interests, government authorities and the community generally.
